IT Support / Helpdesk Analyst – Tokyo (Trading Environment)

Position Summary
Join a global IT operations team in Tokyo supporting users across front, middle, and back office functions in a fast-paced trading environment. This is an entry-level to early-career role offering hands-on experience and strong learning opportunities within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for end users, including hardware, software, and basic application issues

  • Log, track, and update incidents and service requests, escalating when necessary

  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for new and departing employees

  • Assist with system setups, device deployments, and routine IT maintenance tasks

  • Work closely with senior team members and follow established support procedures

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support

  • Native level Japanese / N1 Japanese

  • Basic English level

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
