Position Summary
This role is responsible for driving IT-related business initiatives and operational improvements across the corporate team and repair center. Acting as a central point of contact for IT functions, the position supports systems management, project coordination, data governance, and cross-functional communication to optimize business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and enhance IT-related activities within the corporate office and repair operations.

Serve as the primary IT liaison, coordinating with internal departments, the repair facility, and offshore technical teams on requirements, data validation, and project delivery.

Support the overall management of business IT systems (e.g., ERP / Shop-Floor Control), including configuration, data maintenance, product codes, BOMs, billing rules, operational workflows, and incident management.

Contribute to strategic planning for continuous improvement of business intelligence tools and core systems.

Lead initiatives to enhance and automate reporting functions for customer performance metrics, repair data, and billing.

Coordinate system testing cycles, including UAT, QA reviews, and release validation with operations and IT teams.

Act as a project leader for reporting automation initiatives, collaborating with domestic and international teams.

Assist operational stakeholders in implementing reporting enhancements and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Maintain effective communication and alignment between Japan teams and global stakeholders, in both Japanese and English.
Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or a similar role

Strong collaboration skills across engineering, IT, and operational teams

Practical data analysis ability and understanding of BI or database systems

Business-level Japanese and English proficiency

Hands-on knowledge of ERP / SFC systems and BI / DBMS solutions
