【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Recruitment strategy planning 
- Job manuscript management, participation in joint briefings and external events 
- Planning and operation of internships and company information sessions 
- Management of applicant data and various reports 
- Management of various assessments such as document screening, aptitude tests, interviews, etc. 
- Follow-up of prospective employees 
- Planning and implementation of recruitment branding (including manuscript production) 
- Japan development of the global recruitment process, etc. 
【REQUIREMENTS】
Mandatory:
- Experience in recruitment, event planning and execution in the recruitment area (either new graduate / mid-career recruitment experience is possible, both operating company side / agent are acceptable) 
- Native level of Japanese & advanced level of English 
Desirable:
- Experience in hiring new graduates as engineers (media selection, explanation planning, branding, etc.) 
- Experience working in the IT industry and HR work other than recruitment (payroll calculation, labor management) 
- Experience or knowledge of education and training, etc.
