【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Recruitment strategy planning

  • Job manuscript management, participation in joint briefings and external events 

  • Planning and operation of internships and company information sessions

  • Management of applicant data and various reports

  • Management of various assessments such as document screening, aptitude tests, interviews, etc.

  • Follow-up of prospective employees

  • Planning and implementation of recruitment branding (including manuscript production)

  • Japan development of the global recruitment process, etc.

 

【REQUIREMENTS】

Mandatory:

  • Experience in recruitment, event planning and execution in the recruitment area (either new graduate / mid-career recruitment experience is possible, both operating company side / agent are acceptable)

  • Native level of Japanese & advanced level of English

Desirable:

  • Experience in hiring new graduates as engineers (media selection, explanation planning, branding, etc.)

  • Experience working in the IT industry and HR work other than recruitment (payroll calculation, labor management)

  • Experience or knowledge of education and training, etc.
