LD Jr. Professional – Job Summary
Department: Leadership Development Team
Position Overview
This role serves as an entry pathway toward becoming an LD Professional, a position responsible for supporting the growth of senior leaders.
Jr. Professionals are categorized into three levels based on experience:
Level 1: No industry or sales experience
Level 2: No industry experience but 5+ years of sales experience
Level 3: Around 5 years of industry experience
Candidates without industry experience are welcome. We are seeking individuals who have a strong interest in the beauty and wellness sector and who are motivated to contribute to the success of leaders and teams. Those who learn proactively and collaborate well with others will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Support designated leaders (primarily senior-level leaders) in achieving their targets
Provide operational assistance at events such as corporate programs, tours, and meetings
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and handle reporting
Prepare presentations, organize data, and compile reports
Build knowledge of products and programs and communicate them effectively to leaders
Promote company culture and encourage smooth communication within the team
Ideal Candidate Profile
Positive, proactive, and open-minded, with a strong willingness to learn
Able to think independently and take initiative rather than waiting for direction
Enjoys working collaboratively toward shared goals
Motivated to develop personal expertise and deliver high-quality work
Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges
Qualifications
Prior industry experience preferred (MLM or direct selling is an advantage)
Strong interest in the beauty and wellness field
English skills are beneficial but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Career Path
After joining, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in leadership development and business support through assisting senior LD Professionals.
Over time, the goal is to advance into an LD Professional role, acting as a strategic partner to top leaders.

主な業務内容
担当リーダー（主に上位リーダー層）の目標達成に向けたサポート
各種イベント（プログラム、ツアー、ミーティング等）の運営サポート
社内外関係者との調整および報告業務
資料作成、データ整理、レポート作成
製品・プログラムの知識習得およびリーダーへの説明・共有
社内カルチャーの体現と、チーム内コミュニケーションの促進
