Position Overview
This role supports logistics and operational tasks within a clinical supply facility, under the supervision of either the on-site pharmacist or the logistics facility manager. Responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing clinical trial materials, labeling, packaging, and data entry into a logistics system.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the inspection and verification of incoming and outgoing investigational products, diagnostic kits, medical devices, clinical materials, CRFs, etc., under supervision.
Package and label clinical trial materials following internal procedures and protocols.
Input and update logistics-related data (inbound, outbound, return processes) into the internal inventory management system (CTM-STAR or similar), including uploading relevant documents.
Cross-check received materials against provided documentation to confirm accuracy.
Prepare shipments based on packing lists, ensuring content matches documentation.
Verify key material information such as identification numbers, expiration dates, patient kit IDs, storage temperatures, and handling requirements.
Perform packaging tasks including box preparation, sealing, and labeling as trained.
Support internal processes such as stock reconciliation, relabeling, balancing, and inventory relocations.
Carry out any additional duties for which training has been provided.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Completion of high school or equivalent education
Basic computer proficiency
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to take initiative and responsibility
Preferred:
Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or pharmaceutical supply chain
Basic English reading and writing ability
Reporting Line
This position reports directly to the Logistics Supervisor and/or the Facility Pharmacist.
