【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Own KPI reporting and insights to identify and evaluate opportunities to drive funnel conversion
Iterate with key stakeholders to improve and maintain dashboards and accurate pipeline measurement and sourcing
Provide weekly or monthly Marketing performance analysis and reports: collecting related Marketing data from IT systems, conducting data analysis, and publishing reports to the team on time
Manage the automation of data tracking for marketing sourced attribution to manage Marketing’s reporting (including data extraction, analysis, and recommendations)
Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests for marketing & sales organization and identify opportunities for improved reporting
Work with Global and APAC Marketing Operations team to align on the best practices, process, and workflows
Create and maintain training and documentation on processes and system configuration
【REQUIREMENTS】
You have 3 years + of experience working in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company
You have 3 years + years of experience with Sales & Marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo and Forcas, Outreach
You understand Salesforce Dashboards, Reports and Campaign objects
You have experiences with digital event / webinar platforms such as Zoom webinar or similar digital event platform
You are an analytical thinker and proficient with Excel and Google Sheets
Japanese / English Language: Business Proficiency level
