  • Own KPI reporting and insights to identify and evaluate opportunities to drive funnel conversion

  • Iterate with key stakeholders to improve and maintain dashboards and accurate pipeline measurement and sourcing

  • Provide weekly or monthly Marketing performance analysis and reports: collecting related Marketing data from IT systems, conducting data analysis, and publishing reports to the team on time

  • Manage the automation of data tracking for marketing sourced attribution to manage Marketing’s reporting (including data extraction, analysis, and recommendations)

  • Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests for marketing & sales organization and identify opportunities for improved reporting

  • Work with Global and APAC Marketing Operations team to align on the best practices, process, and workflows

  • Create and maintain training and documentation on processes and system configuration



  • You have 3 years + of experience working in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company

  • You have 3 years + years of experience with Sales & Marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo and Forcas, Outreach

  • You understand Salesforce Dashboards, Reports and Campaign objects

  • You have experiences with digital event / webinar platforms such as Zoom webinar or similar digital event platform

  • You are an analytical thinker and proficient with Excel and Google Sheets

  • Japanese / English Language: Business Proficiency level
