Job Summary / 職務概要

As part of the APAC Marketing team, you will act as the Marketing Specialist for Japan, focusing primarily on key brands with limited support on secondary brands. You will work closely with the APAC Marketing Manager and local Country Manager to manage Japan Go-To-Market strategy, product launches, pricing, and local dealer marketing.

Key Responsibilities / 主な職務内容

Market & Product Strategy / 市場・製品戦略

• Conduct market research to define key segments and inform marketing strategy.
  市場調査を行い、主要セグメントを特定してマーケティング戦略に反映

• Develop and implement Japan Go-To-Market plans for product launches.
  日本市場向け製品発売のGo-To-Market計画策定・実施

• Monitor marketing campaigns, retail promotions, and competitor activities.
  マーケティングキャンペーン、販促活動、競合動向のモニタリング

• Manage advertising briefs and liaise with agencies to ensure effectiveness.
  広告ブリーフ作成および代理店との連携による広告効果の最大化

Dealer Marketing / ディーラーマーケティング

• Support dealer communications and press releases.
  ディーラー向けコミュニケーションおよびプレスリリースのサポート

• Ensure dealer campaigns align with global brand guidelines.
  ディーラー実施キャンペーンのグローバルブランドガイドライン遵守

Product Support / 製品サポート

• Collect and analyze feedback from dealers; support regional analytics.
  ディーラーからのフィードバック収集・分析および地域分析サポート

Requirements / 応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  学士号（経営学、マーケティング関連）

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a reputable company
  同様ポジションでの実務経験5年以上

• Strong numerical and analytical skills; basic accounting knowledge
  数値分析力、基礎的な会計知識

• Ability to brief and lead agency work effectively
  代理店との業務指示・進行管理能力

• Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
  日本語・英語（読み書き・会話）ビジネスレベル

• Autonomous, strategic and tactical mindset
  自律的に戦略的かつ実務的に業務遂行可能

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook
  プレッシャー下でも前向きに業務遂行可能
