Responsibilities

  • Media Strategy Development

    • Formulate integrated media strategies across multiple seasons and product lines.

    • Design and implement comprehensive communication plans that combine paid media (TV, digital, etc.), earned media (PR, etc.), and owned media (SNS and other in-house channels).

  • Performance Analysis and Optimization

    • Evaluate media effectiveness from a business perspective, including customer acquisition and profit maximization.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Partner with internal teams such as seasonal and product managers, PR, social media, and relationship marketing teams, as well as external advertising agencies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience with a BtoC product or service.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing media strategies (paid and/or earned) to drive product sales or event participation.

  • Experience creating and executing initiatives to improve KPIs such as awareness, reach, and conversion.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • Business-level communication skills in English.

  • Strong interest and understanding of the entertainment industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in KPI setting, data analytics, and campaign effectiveness measurement.

  • Background in public relations or PR strategy.

  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media management.

  • Leadership: Ability to influence and guide teams across departments and cultures, demonstrating initiative in uncertain environments.

  • Strategic Thinking: Skilled in developing structured, long-term strategies.

  • Innovation: Capable of generating fresh, unconventional ideas and frameworks.

  • Communication: Able to clearly guide and motivate teams.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for entertainment and hospitality industries.
