【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Monitor complex production systems and infrastructures
Management of alerts raised by system applications and infrastructure elements
On-time escalations and reporting of issues according to the established procedures
Perform daily health checks in a timely manner
Participate in daily takeover briefings
Maintenance of system operation documentation
Design efficient processes to ensure safe system operation for multiple businesses
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree
Genuine interest in learning IT / Good to have but not a requirement: Any basic IT background. Example: Degree, self-learning, online courses, some experience in programming, IT support, helpdesk, web designer etc.
Flexibility to work on shift rotation and occasional weekend support (max 1-2 weekends per month, 5 day work week)
Ability to communicate in English with great client-facing skills
Comfortable using Google Workspace tools or Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to details
Ability to manage stress under critical situations
