【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Main responsibilities include:
Lead and support development of new products for Japanese clients with a focus on Retail business but also for the Institutional business
Execute product development initiatives for local ITM platform for retail and Institutional channels
Support execution activities for Japan client sponsored launches in other domiciles
Manage and develop local product strategy
Support short and long-term product strategy plans and discussions
Lead execution of product launches, liquidations and changes
Building and maintaining data/reports to support decisions for PS&D
【REQUIREMENTS】
5+ years experience in bond and/or equity portfolio management/product management
3+ years track record in supporting investment products launches in Japan
Fluent in Japanese (native or JLPT N1 lvl) and high business lvl English, ability to speak English on a daily basis
Knowledge about Japanese retail distribution channels in Japan
Ideally experience with global asset management business and non-Japan domiciled products (for use in Japan)
