Assist the Planning Manager to plan and manage the daily material flow to improve productivity and material cost.
Weekly update and adjust the production forecast figures into system. Review the accuracy periodically and make sure the data connection is correct.
Perform daily stock take in each kitchen area and create material requisitions. Manage the inventory level to eliminate excessive or deficit stock.
Strategic plan on material orders and daily production figures. Create and distribute reports for daily production plan amongst kitchens. Review production plan and report the potential risks to PlanningManager.
Monitor the execution of daily production plan and take immediate actions to ensure the schedule is on the right track.
Close monitoring on material movement during menu cycle change to prevent shortage or wastage.
Communicate and report production updates to Planning Manager on regular basis.
Secondary Education or above
3-5 years of In-flight catering experience or experience in a high-volume food service environment
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
Japanese essential, basic English preferred
