Role Overview
An emerging real estate investment and development firm is seeking a Project Management Specialist to oversee development projects for large-scale logistics facilities. With multiple land sites already acquired and further expansion underway, the company is strengthening its team to support continued growth. You will be involved in high-value development projects within a small, agile organization backed by strong investor funding.
Key Responsibilities

Lead planning for new logistics facility development projects, including selecting construction partners.

Manage project costs and oversee progress throughout the development lifecycle.

Support land acquisition activities for new development opportunities.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years
Language: English proficiency is preferred but not required
Industry Background: 3–5+ years in real estate, logistics, or related fields
Required Experience (one or more):

Project management experience at a real estate asset management firm or real estate developer.

Experience in development or construction management at a general contractor or project management company.

Salary: Annual salary system, negotiable (expected range: JPY 6–10 million)
