Property Management Specialist – Logistics Facilities

Overview
A growing real estate investment and asset management firm is seeking a Property Management Specialist to oversee large-scale logistics facilities. As the e-commerce market in Japan continues to expand, the logistics real estate sector is expected to grow significantly. In this role, you will manage logistics properties and support the company’s expanding portfolio, which includes multiple development projects already underway.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of property management for logistics facilities, including contract administration, budgeting, and regular reporting.
Select and manage external property management companies.
Build strong relationships with tenants and coordinate tenant-related matters.
Handle new lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant move-in processes.
Role Level
Manager or Senior Manager, depending on experience.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience
Industry Background:
3–5+ years in real estate, logistics, or related industries.
Language Skills:
English is not required but considered an advantage.
Required Experience (one or more):
Experience in facility management or site setup within a logistics company.
Experience in property management for commercial or logistics facilities.
Leasing experience in logistics or other commercial real estate sectors.
Preferred Experience:
Creating PM reports, including financial planning.
Managing vendors, external management companies, or subcontractors.
Experience in property management or operations for business-use properties (logistics, office, commercial facilities).
Employment Conditions
Employment Type: Full-time
Probation Period: 3 months
Salary: Annual salary system; negotiable (expected range: JPY 6–10 million)
Bonus: Once per year
Incentive: Yes
Salary Increase: Once per year
Work Hours: 9:30–18:00 (1-hour lunch break)
Overtime: Included in annual salary (approx. 50 hours per month)
Transportation: Fully reimbursed
Holidays: Weekends, national holidays, year-end and New Year, and company-designated holidays
Paid Leave: 15 days in the first year, increasing annually up to 20 days
