It develops and provides data-based solutions for pig farming, including a cloud-based farm management platform and AI-powered camera systems. Founded in 2017 and currently employing approximately 30 people, the company is in a growth phase and expanding its operations beyond Japan into international markets such as the United States and Europe.

Hiring Background

As the company accelerates domestic and global expansion, it aims to build a more diverse and high-performing organization. To support this growth, the company is seeking a recruitment and HR professional who can help design the ideal organizational structure, identify key talent profiles, and actively drive hiring initiatives.

This role may also contribute to strengthening the company’s external communications and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executives and department leaders to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead and support a wide range of hiring initiatives, including recruitment of global talent and engineering roles.

  • Plan and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing activities to build awareness and attract candidates.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including selection process coordination and progress tracking.

  • Support broader HR initiatives such as labor management, performance evaluation system improvement, and implementation as needed.

Team Structure

This position belongs to the Administration Department, which includes accounting, legal, IT systems, and HR functions. The team is led by a senior executive with IPO experience and operates in a collaborative, open, and communicative environment.

Currently, two team members focus on recruitment, and responsibilities will be gradually transitioned and expanded based on experience and capability. The culture emphasizes teamwork and frequent interaction, which may not suit individuals who prefer highly independent, low-communication work styles.

Required Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience working in a startup or growth-stage company.

  • Strong interest in recruiting global talent and engineering professionals.

  • Experience engaging in recruitment activities from the perspective of HR, business departments, or recruitment agencies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, particularly in IT, hardware, and AI engineering fields.

  • Interest in leveraging AI and data to improve operational efficiency.

  • Interest in developing and operating HR systems, including labor management and performance evaluation frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary: ¥6 million to ¥8 million (final amount determined based on experience and current compensation).

  • Probation period: 3 months.

  • Full social insurance coverage (health insurance, pension, employment insurance, workers’ compensation).

  • Transportation expenses reimbursed up to a company-defined limit.

  • Company-provided equipment (laptop, mobile phone, etc.).

Work Environment

  • Flexible working hours with flextime system (flex hours between 5:00–22:00; core hours 10:00–15:00; 1-hour break).

  • Remote work permitted; employees are encouraged to work from the office approximately three days per week (fully remote arrangements are not standard).
