Role Summary

As part of the company’s expansion and growing market demand, they are seeking a Sales Representative to join their proposal-based sales team. The role involves understanding the challenges faced by pig farmers and offering tailored solutions that deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead proposal-based sales activities for the company’s products, including the pig farming management system and IoT/AI solutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to develop marketing strategies and expand sales channels.

  • Engage with pig producers across Japan through online meetings and in-person visits (business travel approximately 2–3 times per month).

  • Present customized proposals that balance cost and implementation effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in solution-based or SaaS products.

  • Strong skills in creating and delivering proposals based on client needs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proactive approach to driving initiatives and achieving sales goals.

  • Valid driver’s license (required for farm visits and business travel).
