Role Summary
As part of the company’s expansion and growing market demand, they are seeking a Sales Representative to join their proposal-based sales team. The role involves understanding the challenges faced by pig farmers and offering tailored solutions that deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead proposal-based sales activities for the company’s products, including the pig farming management system and IoT/AI solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to develop marketing strategies and expand sales channels.
Engage with pig producers across Japan through online meetings and in-person visits (business travel approximately 2–3 times per month).
Present customized proposals that balance cost and implementation effectiveness.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in solution-based or SaaS products.
Strong skills in creating and delivering proposals based on client needs.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive approach to driving initiatives and achieving sales goals.
Valid driver’s license (required for farm visits and business travel).
