Key Account Manager – Sales
Position Overview
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive sales growth across major retail and on‑trade channels.
The role serves as the primary point of contact between retailers and wholesalers, builds strategic account plans, and expands product visibility through proactive sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Key Accounts Management
Manage relationships with major retail chains, including large supermarkets and general merchandise stores.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as the main liaison between retailers and wholesalers
Propose marketing and depletion plans
Expand shelf listings and improve product visibility
Conduct store visits and create proposals aligned with store needs
Guide in‑store marketing activities (POSM, neck tags, tastings, etc.)
Align and negotiate rebates and sales incentives
2. On‑Trade Channel Growth
Grow distribution and visibility in restaurants, bars, hotels, and hospitality groups:
Collaborate with bar suppliers to expand on‑trade listings
Work with hotel groups and dining chains to introduce products
Drive consumption through promotions and activations
Ideal Candidate
Strong account management background in FMCG, beverages, spirits, or related industries
Experience working with retailers, wholesalers, and hospitality channels
Ability to create compelling sales proposals and negotiate incentives
Highly proactive, driven by results, and comfortable with both strategic planning and field execution
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Experience with category development is a plus
