【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Store development: (80%)
All operations from negotiations for new store candidate properties to contract conclusion.
Negotiations for renewal of contracts for existing stores Negotiations for renovation plans and relocation to better areas
Promotion: (20%)
Planning, implementation, and review of individual store sales promotions (numerical analysis)
Outpost planning, implementation, and review (numerical analysis)
Preparation for opening new and renovated stores and planning for opening sales promotions
【REQUIREMENTS】
Mandatory:
3+ years of sales experience
Sales experience for retail brands such as cosmetics, luxury brands, and apparel
Business negotiation experience
High communication skills
PC skills: Word, Excel (Vook, IF function, etc.), PowerPoint
Desirable:
Experience in store development and sales promotion planning is a plus; even if you have no experience, it is possible if you are interested.
