Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal departments to approach potential clients and present tailored proposals.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Manage existing accounts and develop new business by scheduling and executing daily sales activities using CRM tools.
Prepare and send proposals, including technical specifications, pre-order estimates, contracts, and installation documentation.
Deliver effective sales presentations and recommend appropriate products or solutions based on customer needs.
Apply company-recommended practices and standards (e.g., Good Weighing Practice).
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, installation schedules, and billing arrangements with clients.
Coordinate with the service team to oversee installation processes.
Monitor delivery timelines to ensure customer requirements are met and take corrective action when necessary.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, develop solutions, and report findings and recommendations to management.
Communicate effectively in business-level English.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, particularly involving industrial equipment.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
Ability to plan, execute, and manage customer relationships within a designated territory to meet business targets.
Proficiency in business-level English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience in the chemical industry.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for customer management and quotation preparation.
Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
