Key Responsibilities

Travel Agents & Wholesalers

  • Manage and grow relationships with domestic and international travel agencies and wholesalers, focusing on both individual and group bookings
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing partnerships
  • Conduct daily sales activities, including client visits, contract negotiations, group inquiries, site inspections, and client hospitality
  • Participate in promotional events and ad hoc activities with agents and hotel partners
  • Handle inquiries and group bookings, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Provide timely, professional communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure service quality and with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies
  • Regularly review account performance and present analysis and action plans to leadership
  • Meet monthly sales targets in line with the overall sales budget
  • Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on outstanding payments

Corporate Sales

  • Generate new corporate leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular outreach, site visits, and client engagement
  • Manage inquiries and coordinate communication between clients and internal departments
  • Ensure timely follow-up on payments and maintain accurate sales documentation
  • Present and analyze account performance regularly
  • Oversee corporate meetings, events, and group bookings (both residential and non-residential)
  • Provide strategic insights to management on account acquisition, retention, client feedback, competitor activity, and market trends
  • Submit weekly reports, including sales plans, activity summaries, and performance updates
  • Understand internal processes such as rate approvals and credit applications
  • Maintain an up-to-date client database, including key decision-makers and contacts
  • Prepare annual reports on account management and performance
  • Attend internal meetings and training sessions as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
