【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Managing inventory related transactions
Handling inventory accounting and enhance the process
Keep track on interfaces from legacy systems to cbFC everyday and handling errors found through interfaces
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of errors in cbFC
Conduct deviation analysis on COGS
Organize inventory information such as material master creation, etc.
Coordinate with other stakeholder about data and consultations in a timely manner
Managing provisions for inventory such as Lower Cost, etc.
Collaborate with team members and lead the annual physical inventory counts
Handling the ICS communication with external and internal audit
Ad-hoc tasks
【REQUIREMENTS】
3-5 years of accounting experience
Experience in delivery of key objectives
Experience in manufacturing business, preferred
Experience working in an international, fast-paced company
Self-motivated
Ability to continue projects even in uncertain situations and face challenges
Ability to maintain relationship with business associates
Ability to persuade stakeholders using analytical skills
Team-oriented
Can work under pressure and strict deadlines
Excellent communications skills
Business level in English and Japanese
Knowledge in SAP
Knowledge in IFRS and JGAAP

レガシーシステムからcbFCへのインターフェイスを毎日監視し、インターフェイスで発見されたエラーに対処する
cbFCにおけるエラーの根本原因分析（RCA）の実施
COGSの偏差値分析の実施
資材マスター作成など在庫情報の整理
必要なデータおよびコンサルテーションを他のステークホルダーにタイムリーに提供する
在庫引当金（Lower Cost等）の管理
チームメンバーと協力し、年に一度の実地棚卸をリードする
ICSの外部・内部監査とのコミュニケーション

【応募資格・条件】
3-5年の経理経験
重要な目標を達成した経験
製造業での業務経験者、優遇
