Your Profile
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
1–2 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or industry/retail (ideally procurement or supply chain)
Skills & Competencies
Outstanding analytical abilities with structured thinking
Creativity in problem‑solving and solution design
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Japanese and English

A team‑oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills

Compensation
Base salary: ¥6M–9M
Annual bonus: additional 10–15%
Work Environment
Hybrid work model (approx. 50%)
Work‑from‑home: 2–3 days per week
Average working hours: 40–50 hours per week
