Position Overview
The Supply Chain Assistant supports day-to-day supply chain operations to ensure smooth product flow and operational efficiency. This role works closely with logistics providers, suppliers, retail teams, and global supply chain stakeholders to maintain accurate inventory control and uphold operational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and track product movement across supply chain channels to support the execution of supply chain plans.

Assist with order processing, inbound shipment coordination, and related documentation management.

Liaise with logistics partners, vendors, retail teams, and international supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain accurate supply chain records, including inventory updates and system data management.

Ensure compliance with internal operational standards and quality requirements.

Manage monthly billing processes with external service providers and vendors.
Qualifications and Requirements

2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support roles.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Business-level Japanese proficiency required; English language skills preferred.
