Role Overview
This position is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share of medical devices within a designated territory. The role involves close collaboration with distributors and healthcare partners to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze market share and trends in the assigned region; work with distributors to increase product adoption
Meet annual targets for sales, orders, and profit
Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts and order tracking
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Collaborate with project management to enhance product penetration
Gather and analyze market data, sharing insights with relevant teams
Support the development and execution of regional strategies and operational plans
Provide training and education to distributors, consultants, and related partners
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum of 7 years in sales (preferably in medical devices or healthcare consulting)
Strong understanding of the medical device industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
Customer-focused with a thoughtful and empathetic approach
