Role Overview
This position is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share of medical devices within a designated territory. The role involves close collaboration with distributors and healthcare partners to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze market share and trends in the assigned region; work with distributors to increase product adoption

  • Meet annual targets for sales, orders, and profit

  • Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts and order tracking

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Collaborate with project management to enhance product penetration

  • Gather and analyze market data, sharing insights with relevant teams

  • Support the development and execution of regional strategies and operational plans

  • Provide training and education to distributors, consultants, and related partners

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years in sales (preferably in medical devices or healthcare consulting)

  • Strong understanding of the medical device industry

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Customer-focused with a thoughtful and empathetic approach
