Key Responsibilities
Ensure system development aligns with established processes and methodologies.
Plan and monitor system-related activities and deliverables throughout project phases; escalate issues requiring management support.
Proactively manage risks by identifying potential issues using tools such as risk analysis, FMEA, and dependability analysis, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
Maintain effective and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure that pre-study/concept reports and technical project documentation are properly authored, reviewed, and released.
Lead the specification process and its refinement within the system engineering team.
Coordinate the distribution of technical requirements across relevant departments.
Ensure documentation is reviewed and released in accordance with defined procedures.
Assess whether a new EE system baseline needs to be released based on project developments.
Escalate any activities that deviate from approved methods or pose significant risks to project quality, delivery, cost, or functionality (QDCF).
Required Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in engine, EATS, or transmission systems, or a comparable technical area.
Solid understanding of systems engineering principles.
Familiarity with system design processes and associated tools.
Knowledge of both hardware and software architectures.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
