当社では、データ移行、システム統合、開発、導入などの技術面を担当するシニアテクニカルコンサルタントを募集しています。プロジェクトマネージャーやビジネスコンサルタントと連携し、顧客要件を実務的なソリューションに変換する役割です。
We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to support system implementation by managing data migration, system integration, development, and technical deployment. The consultant will work closely with project managers and business consultants to transform client requirements into practical solutions.
主な職務内容 / Key Responsibilities
顧客の要件をシステムソリューションに変換するため、プロジェクトマネージャーやビジネスコンサルタントと連携
データ変換用のマッピング作成、データ分析、ETLスクリプト作成、移行データの検証
デザインや実装の過程で、顧客の技術チームおよびビジネスオーナーと連絡・調整
問題発見時に積極的に解決策を提案
Collaborate with project managers and business consultants to translate client requirements into solutions.
Create data mappings, develop ETL scripts, analyze and validate migration data.
Communicate with clients’ technical teams and business stakeholders during design and implementation phases.
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
必須スキル / Required Skills
リレーショナルデータベースの設計知識とSQLクエリ、ストアドプロシージャ、ビューの作成能力
ビジネスレベルの英語力（英文資料や技術コミュニケーションが可能）
顧客とのコミュニケーションが可能な日本語能力（特許関連用語の読み書き）
分析力、問題解決力、タイムマネジメント能力
顧客対応能力、要件定義経験
チームでの協働と自主性
Strong understanding of relational database design and SQL (queries, stored procedures, views).
Business-level English for technical communication and client interactions.
Japanese proficiency for complex discussions and patent-related terminology.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Client management and requirements gathering experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
歓迎スキル / Preferred Skills
SSRS、Sisense、PowerBIなどのレポーティングツール経験
ETL、SQL Server、SSIS、C#、Visual Studio経験
システム統合や開発ライフサイクルの知識
自動テストツール経験
Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Projectの使用経験
知的財産関連の知識やソフトウェア導入経験
コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号（その他の専攻は実務経験で判断）
Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Sisense, PowerBI.
Experience with ETL, SQL Server, SSIS, C#, and Visual Studio.
Knowledge of system integration and software development lifecycle.
Experience with automated testing tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project.
Experience in intellectual property or software implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
