【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned global Japanese client, managing their advertising needs and requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both local Japanese clients and international Global clients, and be comfortable with matrix reporting and multi-cultural operations.
Navigate the complex Japanese business landscape with ease, identifying opportunities for growth and partnership
Drive to deliver high quality day-to-day agency service (strategy, content and media)
Design better workflow between client, internal team and external partners to generate operational efficiencies and healthy working environment.
Act as a bridge between local Japanese clients and international Global clients, facilitating communication and understanding, navigating cultural complexities.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising or related field, with a proven track record of success.
Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Act as a coordinator of different internal resources (creative team and media team) and engage in day-to-day meaningful discussions/problem solving with clients to make programs/projects moves toward to the right direction.
Developing communication/execution plan by utilizing exiting / extending internal and external partners.
Agrees and maintain clear scope of work of program/project.
Plan and tracking program/project revenue and do what it takes to achieve the financial target.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
