【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Daily Accounts Payable
Direct Debit Transactions
Employee Expense payments using Concur.
Process Intercompany Invoices and Credit notes.
Prepare Intercompany cross charges
Process Purchase Orders
Bank statement processing, bank fund transfer, payment
Make accruals at the month end closing (Marketing etc)
Duty and import TAX payment
Resident TAX, Withholding TAX
Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Support Year End book closing

SAP knowledge- Accounts Payable, Expenses, Recharge, Intercompany transfer
- Experience of multinational industry with product
Boki 2+- Strong Microsoft Excel
