【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Lead, consult with and support senior management and sales Managers in our authorized dealers to make them generate sales of the brand vehicles to customers. 
- Lead and support the official dealers in achieving sales results, ensuring development of robust sales and customer satisfaction processes. 
- Work within a team environment to develop cross-functional action plans to improve overall dealership performance (Marketing, Logistics, Network, After Sales, and Finance Departments) 
- Accountability of dealer staff with most up to date training requirements for product and process. 
- Development and measurement of functional scorecards and dealer performance indicators in conjunction with Customer Services and Marketing 
- Monitor and manage retail number and wholesale number each brand. 
- Internal coordination with Logistics and Marketing. 
- Collect the information of dealers by communicating with senior management and sales manager of dealers. 
- Analyze the current situation of dealers and market trends and plan the sales strategy for each dealer. 
- Define the problem and find the solution for dealer business. 
- Implementation of dealer standards to deliver a consistent consumer focused retailing experience represented of the Brand 
【REQUIREMENTS】
- Depth knowledge on automotive importer business 
- Background must be well-rounded in the areas of sales and marketing and dealer business management 
- Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills. 
- Strong leadership, proactive and self-management skills 
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
