A Program Manager position is now available at a global automotive plastics manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the success of the assigned programs.
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Maintain strong collaboration between plants and launch managers
Work cross functionally with the Engineering and Sales teams to ensure smooth project scheduling and timing
Develop schedule plans
Manage program costs, time, and resources
Find program risks and create mitigation strategies
Manage timely sourcing
Meet with key suppliers during the program life-cycle
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical etc.)
8+ years of automotive sector experience
6+ years of experience in a relevant function (operations, engineering etc.)
Proven experience managing various product development programs
Experience working on or leading international programs
Fluent level Japanese and English
