【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
This person will coordinate and supervise day-to-day IT operations and support activities.
Manage outsourcing service providers for servers and network infrastructure
Ensure service providers follow the required operation management processes
Ensure IT infrastructure and provide solutions in a timely manner
Liaise with global and APAC team to address long-term strategies
Periodic performance and KPI reviews
Create budgets and forecasts for IT operations
Lead and manage global projects
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent
Over 15 years of relevant experience and over 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure
Fluent level English and Japanese
CDCP, MCSE, CCNA, ITIL foundation, mandatory
PMP, Prince2, preferred
Experience in retail, hospitality or luxury retail, preferred
Experience in enterprise service management

【応募資格・条件】
工学、コンピュータサイエンス、ITまたは同等の学士号
15年以上の上記関連経験と8年以上のITインフラストラクチャの経験
流暢レベルの英語と日本語
CDCP、MCSE、CCNA、ITIL、必須
PMP、Prince2、優遇
販売、ホスピタリティ、高級ブランドでの販売の経験、優遇
エンタープライズサービス管理の経験
