【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
-Local regulatory and SRO filing
-Perform monitoring tasks to ensure regulatory, client-specified, and internally established investment restrictions are complied with.
-Review sales and marketing materials on a variety of products and services according to global and local standards
-Perform monitoring tasks to ensure employee compliance with the Code of Ethics
-Perform compliance risk assessment for Japan and Participate in the SSAE18 working team
【REQUIREMENTS】
-Fluent in both English & Japanese
-Experience with investment compliance or portfolio risk management an advantage
-Capable to establish trust and respect of peers and internal clients
-1-2 years in compliance in asset management, investment, banking, insurance, securities companies

-規制、顧客指定、社内で設定された投資制限が遵守されていることを確認するための監視業務の実施
グローバルおよびローカルスタンダードに従った様々な商品およびサービスに関する販売・マーケティング資料の確認 -従業員の倫理規定の遵守を確認するためのモニタリング業務の実施
-従業員が倫理規定を遵守していることを確認するためのモニタリング業務
-日本におけるコンプライアンス・リスク評価の実施およびSSAE18ワーキングチームへの参加
【応募資格・条件】
-英語と日本語の両方が堪能であること
-投資コンプライアンスまたはポートフォリオリスク管理の経験があれば尚可
-社内外からの信頼と尊敬を得ることができる
-1-2年程度の資産運用、投資、銀行、保険、証券会社でのコンプライアンス業務経験
