Role Summary
Provide corporate governance and administrative support for international clients operating in Japan, handling statutory procedures and coordinating with legal professionals.

Main Duties

  • Prepare filings and documentation required under Japanese corporate laws 

  • Explain Japanese corporate procedures and practices to overseas clients in English.

  • Manage client company seals, documentation handling, and coordination with external parties (e.g., leases, insurance).

  • Assist with local bank account opening.

  • Perform related admin tasks: scanning, delivery arrangements, filing, data management.

  • Visit government offices to obtain certified documents and handle basic errands.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in corporate secretarial or entity management work involving Japanese Companies Act procedures.

  • Native-level Japanese; business-level English.

  • Basic–intermediate PC skills.

  • Strong teamwork and confidentiality awareness.

  • International firm experience preferred.

Other Details

  • Onsite role (no remote).

  • Hours: 9:30–18:00 (7.5 hours).
