Senior Manager, Marketing – Orthopedic Reconstruction (APAC)

Role Overview

This role is responsible for leading regional marketing strategy and execution for the orthopedic reconstruction product portfolio across Asia Pacific. As a key contributor to regional business growth, the Senior Manager shapes commercial priorities, accelerates product adoption, and ensures that market insights from APAC are reflected in global strategic planning. The position partners closely with global and in-country teams to enhance competitiveness and deliver strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Market Growth

  • Develop and influence commercial and marketing strategies to drive market share expansion across APAC

  • Lead portfolio planning, product positioning, launch strategies, and roadmap development

  • Collaborate with regional partners and professional networks to strengthen value propositions

Market Insights & Business Opportunities

  • Identify growth opportunities for implants, technologies, and digital solutions within the orthopedic reconstruction sector

  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and customer needs

  • Conduct insights gathering and customer feedback initiatives to support strategic direction, including new product planning

Portfolio & Lifecycle Management

  • Manage pricing strategy to support profitable growth

  • Lead creation and execution of annual and long-term marketing plans with defined success metrics

  • Oversee lifecycle management from launch through discontinuation

  • Maintain long-term portfolio planning with revenue targets, investment requirements, and launch timelines

Commercial Enablement & Capability Building

  • Partner with training functions to develop education programs for internal teams and clinical partners

  • Support local marketing teams in market development, product commercialization, and strategic execution excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred

  • 10+ years of professional experience including significant marketing or commercial experience in medical devices or healthcare technology

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in another APAC language is beneficial

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a complex matrixed organization

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office or equivalent business tools
