Job Summary / 職務概要

The CS Parts Logistics – Import staff is responsible for managing the transportation of spare parts produced by overseas suppliers and ensuring timely delivery to Japan. The role coordinates closely with shipping companies and internal teams to optimize operations and solve delivery issues.

Key Responsibilities / 主な職務

  • Manage transportation of parts from overseas suppliers.
    海外サプライヤーからの部品輸送を管理

  • Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure smooth cargo movement, port arrival management, and timely delivery.
    船会社と連携し、円滑な輸送、港での到着管理、納期遵守を確保

  • Monitor shipping performance and implement improvements to enhance transportation efficiency.
    輸送実績をモニタリングし、効率向上のための改善策を実施

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
    社内チームや外部ベンダーと連携し、問題解決をサポート

Requirements / 募集要件

Experience & Knowledge / 経験・知識

  • Experience in Supply Chain Management, Global Logistics Operations (Import/Export, Shipment Schedule Management), or related fields.
    サプライチェーンマネジメント、グローバルロジスティクス（輸出入、出荷スケジュール管理）などの経験

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.

Languages / 語学

  • Japanese: Business level / 日本語ビジネスレベル

  • English: Business level / 英語ビジネスレベル

IT Skills / ITスキル

  • Advanced Excel, good PowerPoint (think-cell preferred)

  • Experience with SAP MM, APO, SAP IBP, or other planning tools (preferred)

  • Experience with Power BI (preferred)
    Excel上級、PowerPoint中級（think-cell使用経験歓迎）、SAP MM/APO/SAP IBPなどの計画ツール経験、Power BI経験歓迎

Certifications / 資格

  • APICS, IBF CPF/ACPF or related certifications preferred.
    APICS、IBF CPF/ACPFなどの関連資格（望ましい）

  • Access: Company shuttle bus from Tokyu-Toyoko Line "Motosumiyoshi" station and JR "Shinkawasaki" station; approx. 10 min walk from JR "Hirama" station; commuting by car, bicycle, or motorbike also possible

  • 8:00–17:00 / 9:00–18:00
