Role Overview
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of a leading spirits brand in Japan. Your mission is to strengthen brand presence, educate both trade partners and consumers, and drive engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Expertise & Authority:

Serve as the authoritative resource for the brand, providing insights into its history, production, and trends in the spirits category.

Act as the primary contact for distributors, trade partners, media, consumers, and internal sales teams.
Education & Advocacy:

Develop and implement a proprietary brand education program for internal teams, trade, and consumers.

Lead training sessions, masterclasses, and consumer events to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.

Manage guest-focused programs and nationwide brand advocacy initiatives, including sponsorships and activations.
Market Engagement & Relationship Building:

Build and maintain relationships with key on-trade representatives and communities.

Translate market insights into engaging brand experiences that drive awareness and consideration.
Commercial & Strategic Support:

Collaborate with the brand team on product strategies, including new cocktail creation and innovative drink concepts.

Support commercial activities, city-level activations, and sales initiatives in coordination with the sales team.

Gather competitor intelligence and market trends to inform marketing and trade strategies.
Content & Tools Development:

Produce monthly social media content aligned with brand priorities and campaigns.

Develop presentations, cocktail guides, POS materials, and other brand support tools.
Operational Excellence:

Manage daily administrative tasks, including sample shipments and reporting to management.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in hospitality, marketing, or related fields with a strong professional network.

Native-level fluency in Japanese and business-level English.

Deep knowledge of spirits and cocktail culture.

Strong ownership, proactive mindset, and strategic thinking.

Knowledge of the Japanese alcohol market and on-trade channels.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Proven relationship-building capabilities and ability to collaborate across teams.

Prior bartending experience is a significant advantage.
