【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

You will play a key role as a Customer Service Executive in executing the company’s engagements and will be given responsibility from early in your career.

  • Handling sellers and buyers’ inquiry (phone call and ticketing system)

  • Ensuring smooth transaction process

  • Support all user to have the best experience of the marketplace

  • Assist the product management team in coordinating processes and meeting user needs.

【REQUIREMENTS】

  • More than 2 experience in customer service

  • English and Japanese language ability

  • Communication skill (written and verbal)

  • Understand basic Microsoft functions
