You will play a key role as a Customer Service Executive in executing the company’s engagements and will be given responsibility from early in your career.
Handling sellers and buyers’ inquiry (phone call and ticketing system)
Ensuring smooth transaction process
Support all user to have the best experience of the marketplace
Assist the product management team in coordinating processes and meeting user needs.
【REQUIREMENTS】
More than 2 experience in customer service
English and Japanese language ability
Communication skill (written and verbal)
Understand basic Microsoft functions
