Orders received by fax and subsequent processing using SAP (shipping instructions to warehouse, sales recording)
Contact customers with delivery/sales information
Issuing and sending invoices
Claim/Invoices correction
Master Registration
Delivery Note / Invoice Issuance Change
Fax Ordering System
Rental Equipment Management System
【REQUIREMENTS】
3+ years of experience in foreign affiliated companies (medical device industry especially cardiovascular manufacturer is a plus)
PC Skill (Excel) Intermediate Level or higher, Vlookup and Pivot Table, SAP
Native Japanese and Business English
