【THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 】
Manage a number of accounts in APAC region.
Handle customer issues from escalation to resolution, working closely with different teams in the company.
Present and discuss solutions to C-level company staff and information security experts.
Visit client offices as directed by management.
Native-level Japanese and Business-level English
Must possess at least a University degree
1+ year experience in customer success role
Strong communication and presentation skills
Willing to travel in APAC region
