  • Manage a number of accounts in APAC region.

  • Handle customer issues from escalation to resolution, working closely with different teams in the company.

  • Present and discuss solutions to C-level company staff and information security experts.

  • Visit client offices as directed by management.


  • Native-level Japanese and Business-level English

  • Must possess at least a University degree

  • 1+ year experience in customer success role

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Willing to travel in APAC region
