Maximize productivity and results of the team

【REQUIREMENTS】
Experience of managing multiple engineer teams
Experience training and evaluating engineers
Experience with agile development
【GOOD TO HAVE】
Infrastructure and front-end experience in a large-scale web application
Experience as a enginner manager, VPoE, and/or VPoP
Experience in ad tech development
