Lead the development and execution of eCommerce Marketing short and long term plans. Ensure plans align with customer(s) strategies and expectations.
Develop eCommerce retailer marketing calendar for each strategic eCommerce platform in collaboration with local Marketing & eCommerce Sales teams.
Lead eCommerce Search Optimization strategy and implementation (organic & paid) in collaboration with Hill’s digital team
Plan budget allocation with optimal spend per funnel, medium, target group
Optimise paid search on Rakuten and Yahoo to deliver return on investment or objective.
Collaborates with local Marketing team to ensure the delivery and execution of the best content for our brands on eCommerce sites including brand pages, product detail pages (PDPs), CRM, etc.
Train new eCommerce members around EC formula, marketing, KPI
BS/BA degree or equivalent required
3+ years cross-functional experience in Marketing / Retail Marketing / Digital Marketing / Customer Development
SEO / SEM experience (not necessarily with retail media/search)
Passionate about digital and eCommerce
Experience in G suite
