Position Overview

Provide high-quality educational solutions to both internal and external customers while embodying organizational values.

The role of the Education Solution Specialist is to understand customers’ educational goals for paid training services and provide high-quality courses and support that assist educational activities at medical institutions and healthcare training organizations.

Through this work, the role contributes to reducing medical errors and improving resuscitation success rates, thereby helping save lives.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate and exchange information with internal departments before sales, supporting the sales process

  • Conduct installation and instruction for products such as patient simulators

  • Provide online courses for subscription-based solutions

  • Conduct on-site courses supporting the introduction of simulators, software, and curricula at customer locations

  • Support internal teams with new market development and sales activities

  • Prepare necessary documents and reports

  • Work with overseas teams to localize solutions and materials

Duties
  • Communicate internally and externally (email, phone, Salesforce, Teams)

  • Identify customer needs and adjust/prepare courses accordingly

  • Conduct courses on-site and online

  • Understand and practice with simulators, software, and solutions handled

  • Provide ongoing customer support after courses

  • Share sales opportunities and support continued sales activities

  • Stay updated on new information and product updates

  • Translate and create materials for educational solutions

  • Manage travel arrangements, scheduling, reporting, follow-ups, and progress tracking

Requirements
  • Medical qualification (e.g., Clinical Engineer, Physical Therapist, Paramedic, Physician, Nurse, etc.)

  • Higher education degree in a medical field (or equivalent)

  • English proficiency (business level, capable of overseas communication)

  • Driver’s license
