Role Overview
As part of the Global Sales Planning team, you will support the management and reporting of sales performance across international markets. The position involves coordinating with internal departments to align sales plans, monitor performance indicators, and contribute to the digital transformation of sales planning and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance Management

Monitor and report on sales performance across global markets.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of sales-related data and performance indicators.

Provide timely reports that support management decision-making.
Sales Planning & Coordination

Work closely with market managers and internal sales planning teams to align on sales volume targets and forecasts.

Assist with the preparation and review of business plans and sales projections.

Support coordination across departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies.
Data Analysis & Reporting

Prepare operational reports and analytical materials related to business strategy and sales performance.

Respond to reporting requests from internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.

Process Improvement & Digitalization

Contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and transparency in sales planning and reporting processes through digital tools.

Candidate Requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience

Approximately 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related business functions.
