As an Engineering Project Manager, you will manage products, projects, and delegate tasks between product stakeholders and engineers accordingly.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Lead and development of products/projects by managing and assigning tasks

  • Manage human resources and output

  • Forecasting, prediction, product backlog

  • Communicate with individuals and organizations for project progress

  • Manage relationships with engineers in order to facilite project execution

  • Collaborate with other partners (product owners)


  • Management experience of engineering team

  • Experience managing 2 or more products or projects at the same time

  • Familiarity with Agile development methods (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)

  • Business level Japanese skills and willingness to work in a multinational and English-speaking environment

  • Problem-solving and analysis skills, growth-oriented motivation, strong passion for project success and sense of ownership

  • Passion for continuous learning
