As an Engineering Project Manager, you will manage products, projects, and delegate tasks between product stakeholders and engineers accordingly.
Job responsibilities include:
Lead and development of products/projects by managing and assigning tasks
Manage human resources and output
Forecasting, prediction, product backlog
Communicate with individuals and organizations for project progress
Manage relationships with engineers in order to facilite project execution
Collaborate with other partners (product owners)
Management experience of engineering team
Experience managing 2 or more products or projects at the same time
Familiarity with Agile development methods (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
Business level Japanese skills and willingness to work in a multinational and English-speaking environment
Problem-solving and analysis skills, growth-oriented motivation, strong passion for project success and sense of ownership
Passion for continuous learning
Experience in managing SaaS product development
