【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Support the CEO (European) with arranging trips, meetings and liaise with internal members
Communicate directly with investors, media, customers, contractors etc. to coordinate logistics for meetings and events to be attended by CEO
Support the CEO in the creation of documents such as memos, presentations and briefing papers
【REQUIREMENTS】
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant tor General Administration
Fluent English and Native Japanese
Excellent organizational skills
Independent problem solvers, and enthusiasm to contribute to the organizations
