【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Local Administration
To assign and delete the roles and responsibilities of employees based on the requests from HR and Hiring Manager
To set up right combination of roles and responsibilities with SoD
User Support for the system. 1st Level support in the country and create incidents for the end user, communication with global IT team
Implementation support for system project/Master data management, Prepare and Execute the test
Based on the requests from Japan Management, to investigate current process and see where any opportunities for more transparency and efficiency are
To work closely with APAC and HQ IT to seek for any existing solutions within the company and implement them in Japan with necessary modifications
【REQUIREMENTS】
Native level Japanese and business level English
Bachelor degree or higher, preferable in Accounting
Working experience in Medical industry is PLUS
Deep knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP
Knowledge of IFRS and business process
